Dear Bridgehampton School District Community,

It is an honor to have the opportunity to introduce myself as the Interim Superintendent of the Bridgehampton Union Free School District. I sincerely believe it is a privilege as an educator to join all of you, and I view it as a new chapter for this school community, where it is already more than apparent to me that the families, teachers and staff care so deeply about this very special school. 

I recognize that the district has experienced some challenges recently, and I know that change can bring uncertainty. I predict, however, that there exists a resilience as well as a dedication that will carry Bridgehampton UFSD forward. My commitment to you is a simple one: to listen carefully, to lead with integrity, and work collaboratively to ensure that we all reside in a supportive and safe environment.

Over the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting with families, staff, students and community members to better understand your hopes, concerns and priorities. Your voices matter to me, and I view your partnership as essential. Together, we will build trust, strengthen positive communication, and focus on what matters most, and that is the success and well-being of our students. 

My leadership approach is grounded in collaboration, transparency, accountability, and respect. I believe strong schools are built on strong relationships, and I am committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
