On December 3rd, the Virtual Enterprise (VE) program partnered with Deloitte/Osaic to host the Winning Women's Leadership Conference. This inspiring event gave students the chance to learn valuable insights from successful women in business. 

Members from Bridgehampton’s VE program attended a panel discussion featuring female business leaders who shared their personal experiences, challenges, and advice for success. The panelists emphasized the importance of leadership, resilience, and continuous learning in today’s competitive workplace. 

 Afterward, students participated in roundtable discussions with female professionals, where they had the opportunity to ask questions and gain mentorship. Each student-led VE company was invited to send two female representatives, and Bridgehampton selected Evelyn Hanley (CEO) and Cayenne Echavarria (Director of Finance) to attend. 

 This event was a great opportunity for our students to connect with successful role models and gain a deeper understanding of the skills and qualities needed to thrive in the world of business.
