February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, and our multimedia students are showing CTE in action through a Green Screen Weather Forecast Project. Acting as weather presenters, students record on a green screen and use Adobe Premiere Pro to place themselves in front of digital weather maps and animated forecasts. Projects like this help students develop real-world technical, communication, and problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools used in today’s media and broadcasting careers.
