Flags Will Be Flown at Half-Staff Across New York State from Sunrise to Sunset Tomorrow, March 6
 
Governor Kathy Hochul today directed flags to be lowered to half-staff on Friday, March 6, the day services will be held in Chicago to honor Jesse Jackson, the civil rights leader who died on February 7 at the age of 84.
